A major fault-line divides the American and Caribbean Plates in Central America.
This fault-line is capable of creating major earthquakes anytime because these tectonic plates
are wedge against one another and occasionally slip. Like a slow cement mixer, the mantle forces
of the area constantly recycle the chemical elements of the Earth's crust over millions of years.
All plants and animals ingest useful elements to grow and to procreate. Certain elements are more useful
than others, while other certain elements interfere with the normal health of plants and animals.
All nutritional compound substances, including vitamins in foods, contain chemical elements
in a variety of porportions. Too much of any one dietary element may block the normal and necessary
absorption of other important elements for good health.
