This theory challenges the conventional "landlubber's theory" that the ancestors to the original natives in the New World "walked out of Africa" long ago in the Old World and, over time as hunters and gatherers, crossed the "Bering Sea Ice Bridge" some forty-thousand or so years ago.
As I've mentioned and theorized before, I believe the original native inhabitants of "the New World" were the local Atlanteans which nautically migrated over many generations eastward and westward from what is now the American Continents and colonized the shores of "the Old World".
This nautical migration theory suggest the idea that early Cro-Magnon Man used boats to travel over the globe rather than walking across vast landscapes.
Natural wind and water currents run from the New World to the Old World.
Moreover, the idea that the Atlantean Maritime Kingdom was a real place in time -- and that all native American Indian tribes are the local survivors of the global event which destroyed the capital city of Atlantis, are also viewpoints that challenges the Old World view of conventional human history.
With this in mind, I have recently been made aware of a local native artifact that reveals some concepts which may help prove the idea that native American Indian tribes were capable of creating maps long before their descendants from "the Old World" returned with better map-making technology some five centuries ago.
There exist a nearby mysterious 11-foot wide rock face with many abstract symbols known as the Judaculla Rock.
What makes this unique rock a mystery is that nobody knows who created it or when it was created -- and what makes it unique is that it is loaded with symbols that no other artifact east of the Mississippi River comes close to matching.
After a week or so in studying up on the subject on the Internet, I have proposed a set of views regarding what the rock artwork may be trying to say. Basically, I believe the rock artwork is at least a map of the local area.
Did New World natives create a local "rock map" of the area in the Southern Appalachian Mountains?
Much like Quetzalcotal and Kulkulcan from what is now Central America, Judaculla was said to be able to control the winds of the universe and was also associated with the power of lighting.
Among many things Judaculla may have been in real life, if he was an artist and map maker -- he may have controlled the natives of the area with geographical knowledge by giving graphic definition to the very complex layout of the mountain area where the rock is located. In other words -- the rock artwork could be a testament to Judaculla's map making abilities.
As to explaining the many symbols on the rock face beyond the geographic markers -- more work needs to be done, however, one symbol in particular found on the right side and just below the fault-line that runs through the town of Brevard, NC -- near where I live, is a symbol image resembling a "compass rose" or "Celtic-cross".
This symbol is found on most any map as a guide to give the viewer the cardinal direction of the four points with north at the top.
So theoretically, if a native inhabitant of the local area long ago created a map in stone with a directional "Celtic-cross" symbol as a compass mark, perhaps some natives were technically much smarter in graphically documenting the layout of their world than conventional history would have us believe.
And speaking of "Celtic-cross" symbols and conventional history, the prehistoric heritage of the Celtic natives of the British Isles are believed by many to have their origins from what is now known as "the Middle East" in the Old World -- however, could the early Celts of the British Isles be genetically related to the "upstream natives" in "the New World" instead?
The "stream" I'm refering to is the Gulf stream current that natually flows across the North Atlantic Ocean from west to east which early seafaring natives would have used during their nautical migrations long ago.
Were New World natives capable of sailing to the British Isles before the Vikings?
I agree with that part of conventional history -- but let me add that before the colonial period era, before the Viking voyages, and even before the Biblical Flood event, there were family links between the local natives of the Appalachian Mountain area and the "down-stream" early natives of the British Isles and Northern Europe.
Other facts which genetically link the indigenous populations of America with the British Isles area is that the primary blood type among the two places is Type "O" -- which suggest an ancient family relationship once existed between the areas.
The fundamental view that New World natives nautically colonized the Old World is found in the understanding of where the prehistoric Ogamic language came from. The smoke signal codes and drum beat math rules that was once a primal global alphabet of early humans is known as Ogam. This forgotten language may have been perfected in the British Isles area long ago, but the origin of the language is rooted in the communication habits of the natives from the lost New World continent of Atlantis.
Did Ogamic Communication begin in the New World before the Latin Alphabet?
Duane: Yes -- and one can easily Google the subject and find more about the subject. One theory was that it was an "autograph rock" -- where other artists have added their graffiti markings over the years. Other theories -- and there are many, was that it was a "battle map" between local tribes or perhaps it was some artist abstract view of the microscopic world such as diatoms and other small life forms.
But to me, creating a local map project for others to see and use makes more sense than any -- and would have given significant power to the artist that created it. Making artwork on rocks using abstract symbols just for fun -- where is the power in that?
Reporter 3: In your new radical historical timeline of human history you have suggested that the B.C./A.D. timeline should be abandoned because it is not only wrong -- but is wrong by a very large time factor error. And that this very large time factor error of human history was only discovered recently by you during the recent information revolution of the last three decades.
You have also attempted to correct this very large time factor error within conventional human history with a new time counting calendar which is much smaller in total year values than any timeline ever recorded.
So, knowing the seemingly impossible chances of rewriting human history to match your theories, how do you plan to grab the attention of modern historians and easily explain in simple terms your new radical timeline understanding of human history without insulting the knowledge or offending the pride of modern historians?
Duane: One of my most important theoretical revelation concepts that I first proposed over thirty years ago in my Spirit of Atlantis book project was that the conventional B.C./A.D. timeline of human history is wrong.
This important theoretical revelation concept is based on the idea about how the conventional B.C./A.D. timeline dates of human history beyond about five centuries ago are annually incorrect -- and needs to be corrected for many reasons. A new timeline understanding of the true annual dates of human history from before the discovery of the New World, should inspire modern historians to rewrite and correctly date the events of human history.
The following time chart of human history graphically explains my theory perhaps better than words.
Were the dates of conventional human history first published in print only about five centuries ago?
And the reason why nobody has apparently tried to correct these timeline count mistakes, was that when the timeline count mistakes were created and published, the powerful European Church at the time excluded all other timeline versions of recorded history so as to not confuse official historians with annual dates of important events and persons from long ago.
Modern historians should come to realize that, at some point in time, humans needed an official timeline of recorded history -- and that the Nuremberg Chronicle was that point in time which all historians used -- and continue to use, as a timeline reference book of human history from the first Biblical Patriarch of Adam to the Age of Discovery some five centuries ago.
I realize the radical idea that all conventional dates from before about five centuries ago are annually incorrect is an idea that is extremely hard to comprehend -- given the many daily reminders of what year in historical time we live, but I can assure other historians that my mathematical concepts in understanding ancient calendars make sense and they should at least explore the possibility that the idea has merit.
UPDATE: 10/2015
Of the many things the new Atlantean Timeline calendar suggest, is that the "1000-year time era" known as the "Middle Ages" lasted only about 100-years and that it existed less than six centuries ago. This radical new concept in historical time places the prophet Muhammad, and his Islamic Religion, as having been "conceived" only a few years after the end of the Greco-Roman Era and the rise of the Ottoman Empire.
Reporter 1: How is your personal life doing these days -- anything new to report on the home front?
Duane: My wife and I are doing just fine. We are in good health -- in fact, my wife is always learning new ways to stay healthy by listening to Internet webinars about good health.
We watch no live TV -- and have not in over eight years. I stay in touch with news events on the Internet and I do watch Netflix and You-Tube documentaries sometimes, while she watches a few entertainment programs on Netflix.
Mowing and weeding our 4-acre family lawn every week has kept me physically busy over the Summer -- and I'm looking forward to the cool temps of Fall in the weeks ahead. And of course, the glorious colors of Autumn are begining to brighten the valley we live in. Life is good.
